Who qualifies to use the website?
AXA Insurance Republic of Ireland policyholders who hold a current annual car, home, van or bike policy automatically qualify for the AXA Plus customer loyalty programme. Policyholders are encouraged to use the site to access the broad range of offers and services presented by carefully chosen partners.
Is my personal information secure if I buy anything through the site or provide it to one of the partners on the site?
The partners chosen to provide services to the site are reviewed by AXA Insurance the operators of the site, for the appropriateness of the services they provide and the manner in which these are presented. The partners will in every case have to be compliant with all of the requirements of the Data Protection Act, have established and appropriate Privacy Policies and have appropriate methods in place for securing your information and information used during any transaction.
What are the advantages of using the selected partners on the AXA Plus website?
The products and services offered on the website and on the AXA Plus customer loyalty programme are all priced at a special price for AXA customers. The services and offers on the web site and on the AXA Plus customer loyalty programme are selected by the AXA Plus team who are based in the AXA Insurance Head Office in Wolfe Tone Street, Dublin. What are the savings?
The products and services offered on the site will vary but in every case you can be confident that we are working with our partners to get you a better deal as an AXA customer through AXA Plus.
Is there a limit to the number of times or products that we can use?
No there is no limit to the number of times that you can take advantage of the offers and services that are on the site at AXA Plus. However we would ask you to note that the offers provided by our partners are for personal use and not for business use. Please revert to the terms and conditions tab of each offer for full details.

Is there an AXA Plus Loyalty card?
Yes, there is an AXA Plus Loyalty Card which is issued around 16 weeks after you take out a policy with AXA Insurance. If you wish to avail of any of our off line offers simply show your AXA Plus Loyalty Card prior to making your purchase at our partner checkout till. Some products or services can also be accessed online through the AXA Plus website. Here you will be required to enter the promotional code displayed on AXA Plus at the checkout. This means you will be able to avail of your saving and clear instructions on what you have to do are also are displayed on AXA Plus.
What if I lose or misplace my AXA Plus loyalty card?
If you lose or misplace your AXA Plus Loyalty Card please click here or alternatively you can e-mail us at email@example.com with your name, address and policy number or car registration number and we will issue you with a replacement card in the post. Alternately you can contact your local AXA Branch who will pass your details on to us. Please note that it can take up to 21 days to issue a replacement AXA Plus card but we will do our best to get it out quicker.
Can I provide comments and feedback on the site or services offered?

How secure is my data?
In relation to any competitions on AXA Plus where you enter, your contact details will not be passed on to any third party. Only in the event of you winning will you receive any communication.
Is AXA Plus Regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland
AXA Plus does not require licensing, authorisation or registration with the Central Bank of Ireland as it is not covered by the Financial Regulator's requirements designed to protect consumers or by a statutory compensation scheme
How do companies become a partner of the AXA Plus programme
