AXA customers who open a new account with Easytrip can purchase the tag for €27.50 including VAT (RRP €30) and avail of FREE account admin fees for the first year.
Whether you travel often or just a few times a year on our Motorways, looking for the right change to pay the toll is always a bit of hassle.
Worse still, you could have gone through the M50 toll and forgot to pay within the required time and received a large fine. This can easily happen especially if you are going away on holidays or travel the M50 infrequently.
AXA Plus have teamed up with Easytrip who are one of the largest providers of electronic tolling payment services in Ireland and whose tag is accepted at all 11 toll roads nationwide.
Easytrip accounts are prepaid accounts. To ensure a smooth & hassle free method of payment each account has a chosen top up amount and a low balance level.

You decide the amount of credit you wish to have applied to your account. Easytrip recommend that you specify a top up amount that equates to your monthly toll/car park usage. Please note that the minimum payment recommendation is €36.00.
Your first payment includes the discounted price of the tag plus your normal top up amount.

You will need to choose a low balance warning which is the credit level you allow your account to reach before an automatic top up occurs. The minimum recommendation level is €12.00 per tag. When your account reaches this balance, it will be automatically topped up by your chosen payment method. You should choose an amount that will allow you at least 5 days of tolling and parking.
