Thank you for choosing D.I.D Electrical to purchase your new appliance. As we highly value your custom and wish to avoid any disappointment or misunderstanding let us now extend to you our premier delivery service.

D.I.D Electrical offer Nationwide delivery to your door for €26.99

Should you wish to know the approximate time for delivery of your appliance(s), please phone your nearest branch after 9.45am on the appointed day quoting your order number, and we shall be able to provide you with a three hour time slot within which we shall make your delivery. Alternatively, if you have supplied us with a mobile number, we will text the delivery time to you on the morning of the delivery.

Delivery Nationwide

Deliveries to areas beyond our store areas are done for us by Dodder Grove, a courier service who deliver within ten working days.

Removal of an old appliance

Our delivery team is happy to offer this service free of charge provided the old appliance is:

• Disconnected from the mains electricity and water supply
• Free of all fixtures and fittings
• Completely defrosted and emptied of all food, in the case
  of refrigeration products.

All appliances collected are disposed of in accordance with EU regulations.

Returns and Refunds

DID Electrical will accept the return of any product, which is in its original condition and packaging and resalable. In order to return goods, please contact the e-Store by email at help@did.ie or contact our telephone Helpline (01) 6250200 quoting your order number. You will be liable for any return costs.
