What is AXA Cars?
Developed and run by Benchmark Fleet Services, AXA Cars is a web and telephone based vehicle buying service. Offering special discounts on every make and model of NEW car in the Irish marketplace as well as a broker service for 30,000 + USED cars, you can be sure that AXA Cars have what your looking for!
Where do the cars come from and will they have the normal warranty?
All NEW cars are supplied directly from a dealer franchise. While AXA Cars organize your discount, your car is prepared for delivery by an approved dealer or a local dealer of your choice. This means that manufacturers’ warranties are completely intact and you have the benefit of the AXA Cars purchasing power should something go wrong. Are there any hidden fees or charges for the service?
No, we do not charge any search or administration fees for any of our services.
Who am I actually buying the car from?
Once AXA Cars has found the right car at the right price, a supplying dealer is nominated. We act as your intermediary and process all documentation on your behalf. All dealers on the AXA Cars Approved Dealer List acknowledge that the driver nominated by AXA Cars (You) is the actual end user and registered owner.
Will the car be registered in my name first?
Yes, if you have bought a "new" car you will be the first registered owner of the car.
Can I test-drive the cars on offer?
AXA Cars would be deliveted to arrange a test drive at the nearest approved supplier. However, if there isn’t one in your locality, there is nothing to stop you from contacting a local dealer for the car you wish to test-drive - you can then come back and take advantage of the savings and the services on offer.
How will my order be managed?
Once you have returned the signed order form and paid any required deposits, your order will be assigned to a dedicated agent in the AXA Cars Team. Their role will be to update you with the progress of your order and liase with the supplier and logistics teams to ensure a smooth delivery of the car to you. Your dedicated agent will be able to provide you with advice on all aspects of your order and will be able to answer any questions you have on the industry, supplier, your contract or any other queries you have. They will keep you up to date via phone, e-mail or fax. You tell us how and when you would like to be communicated with and we will make sure it happens.
How will you contact me?
We can contact you via phone, e-mail or fax. Generally, we find that mobile phone works best with a written record sent afterward by e-mail.
Can finance be arranged?
Yes, finance can be arranged. Contact AXA Cars at 01-8839238 to explore the options.
When will I need to pay the balance of my car?
Once your car arrives at the supplying dealer, AXA Cars will contact you to arrange payment of the outstanding balance. Once funds have been received and cleared your car will be available for collection from the supplying dealer.
Will my local dealership be able to service and maintain my car after delivery?
The local dealership of the brand of car you purchased or any approved manufacturer service centre will be able to carry out all the servicing and maintenance that your car may need, irrespective of where the car is purchased.
